Upgraded from .22 to .23 today (most recent stable upgrade).

I've installed a bunch of mods to try to stop the spammers. Some have been successful, others haven't. The most recent mod is a more advanced admin CP. (late Feburary 2008) It allows admins to delete multiple users, as opposed to deleting them one at a time. Not the best solution, but the head moderator of the Job forums is willing to do it, so bogus accounts are deleted within a day or two of being created.
