Goals and Values

'Worldbridgy' is term we often use when it comes to describing various policies or aspects of Worldbridges.  Perhaps it would be a good idea to elaborate a bit so that we can provide some clarification for those unfamiliar with Worldbridges.  What does 'Worldbridgy' mean to you?
